This is the email address that will be notified when feedback is submitted from the users on all feedback inquiries for feedback types: Facility and Equipment, Classes, Events & Instructors, The Mobile App and All other Feedback & Suggestions.

How to Set Up Feedback on Your App

  1. Login to with your username and password.
  2. Select the Location you want to add your Feedback Form Email Address to by selecting a location from the drop-down menu in the upper left-hand corner. 
  3. Choose the 'FEEDBACK' tab highlighted in orange as shown below.
  4. Enter the email address where you'd like app feedback sent. If you want to use this same email address for all your branch locations, select the checkbox "Save to all branches".
  5. Once complete, choose the orange button in the lower right-hand corner labeled 'SAVE CHANGES'.
