How to access and use analytics for your app – Branded App

This article aims to empower you with the knowledge and guidance on how to access and read the analytics feature to view, record and analyse the usage data for your mobile application.

On the chain page, click the Application Analytics tab

This tab will provide you with access to the analytics feature, allowing you to see accurate data relevant to your app usage across both IOS and Android devices.

At the top of this tab, you will be able to set a specific range for your data. You can use the calendar options to set a custom date range or use some of our handy preset ranges by selecting these options. Once you have selected your desired range click the update button to see these changes.

Application Downloads: This chart will display new downloads of your application

Application Users Activity (Over Time):

Active 1 day users: The number of distinct active users on your site or app within a 1 day period. The 1-day period includes the last day in the report's date range. Note: this is the same as Active Users.

Active 7-day users: The number of distinct active users on your site or app within a 7-day period. The 7-day period includes the last day in the report's date range.

Active 28-day users: The number of distinct active users on your site or app within a 28-day period. The 28-day period includes the last day in the report's date range.

Total Users Sessions: This chart will display the amount of sessions that were recorded in your application.

All sessions includes all sessions that were recorded for your application being opened on a device.

Engaged sessions includes sessions that were recorded for your application being opened on a device for more than 10 seconds.

Users sessions Duration: This chart will display the average session duration per day across all user sessions recorded.

Total Active Users (Per Page): This chart will display the total unique users that access various pages of your application per day.

Total Views ( Per Page) : This chart will display the total views recorded per page of your application.

Android App View Controllers

Splash Screen Activity: This refers to your application loading page that features your brand logo when the application is launched from the device.

Location Activity: This refers to the location page of your application that can be used by clients of multi-location facilities to switch their application location. 

Home Activity: This refers to the home screen page of your application.

Schedules Activity: This refers to the scheduling page of your application.

Reservation Base Activity: This refers to the package selection page after selecting the book it option from a schedule session

User Profile Activity: This refers to the My account page of your application

Promotions Activity:  This refers to the Promotions/Announcements page of your application.

Contact Us Activity: This refers to the contact and hours page of your application.

Favorite Event List Activity: This refers to the favorites page of your application.

Notifications Activity: This refers to the notifications page of your application.

Login Enabled Barcode Activity: This refers to the member card page for accounts with auto generating barcodes.

Barcode Create Activity: This refers to the add a member card page for accounts with manually entered barcodes.

Multiple Barcode activity: This refers to a page with multiple saved manually entered barcodes.

IOS App View Controllers
