How to use Announcements

Market current promotions and create virtual coupons to drive new business.  

Announcements and promotions are an important way of helping your app users engage with the club. Promote all of your offerings with Announcements and our News & Info content management system.

*Screens and layouts may vary depending on the user settings and device compatibility.

Login to http://admin.migymapp.com/ with your username and password.

Select the Location you want to add your Announcement to by selecting a location from the drop-down menu

Select the Announcements tab from your admin menu

Select the +Announcment button to create a new announcement and fill in the required details below:
1. Image file (Mandatory)

• Images should be about 800px wide, and ideally a bit taller than the width. 800px by 1000px is very suitable.
• PNG, JPG and GIF formats are supported

2. Valid Dates (Optional)

• Select the dates for which this promotion should appear in your members apps.
• If you leave the dates empty, then the promotion will appear immediately and be valid until removed.

3. Announcement Accompanying Text

• How do you want the promotion described on the home screen? This is the text that will appear, and it needs to be less than 20 characters long

4. Target

• Available now for all MiGym Clubs. Refer a Friend requires a recent version of the app - contact support@migym.com to see which version you are on
• Tap to Call: Enter a phone number
• Tap to Email: Enter an email
• Tap to Visit Website: Enter a valid URL address
• Tap to Refer a Friend: do not enter a target

Select the Create button to save your Announcement

You can edit existing announcements by clicking the edit button next to the announcement in the admin portal.

You can delete an announcement by clicking the trash can button next to the announcement in the admin portal.
